IEEE: Engineering Relief for Haiti
During the summer of my Freshman year in 2014, a team of 4 and I published a paper in the IEEE Journal covering the sustainable possibility of recycling HDPE via solar power and converting
Haiti's trash into safer and stronger
building materials.

Class Projects
I have designed pressure
vessels and gear trains, modeled and
analyzed the vibrations of a lacrosse stick, determined the discharge coefficient of
various fluids, calculated the shear modulus of a steel rod, and completed a torsional analysis of a below-knee prosthetic leg.

Design
Work
From schooling to
internships and my current
full-time position, I have had the
opportunity to design a custom gearbox and coupling, an automated BNC torsion tester, an anti-freeze resin silo cap, a bumper inspection jig, and a quality tracking system app throughout the entire department, among many other projects.

Prototyping
I have experience with ABS, nylon, carbon fiber, and stainless steel
3D printing along with your
typical shop tools such as
the lathe, bandsaw,
mill, and drill
press.
